Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your TruHeel purchase, you may request a return or refund under the guidelines below.

• Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. To initiate a return, contact us at support@truheel.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@truheel.com with photo/video evidence so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
